Wednesday Truck and HEB Delivery:
We need help one or two Wednesdays a month, when the Labatt and HEB food orders are delivered. starting about 1:30 p.m. Check SignUpGenius.com for Wednesday schedule. (Search for us by our email: Schoolfuel2013@yahoo.com) Food is sorted and made ready for prepping.
We need help preparing the tables and sacks for packing. This usually takes place from 5-6 before we pack at 6:30. If you have a group of 10 that want to come together, email Shelby Hebert at Schoolfuel2013@yahoo.com. If you want to come as an individual, we encourage you to sign up at SignUpGenius.com.
We also need help at 6:30 p.m. on most Thursdays packing the sacks that will go to the students on Fridays. Our activities take place at 1331 Hwy 123, San Marcos. We are located behind the SMCISD Central Office. If you have a group of 10 that want to come together, email Shelby Hebert at Schoolfuel2013@yahoo.com. Packing takes about 1 to 1½ hours.
